GMV will participate in the upcoming European Navigation Conference 2026 (ENC2026), where we will present the latest results of the User Hybrid Unified Terminal (UHUT), the key technological development within the Germinal Project.
As the leader of the consortium, together with IMDEA Networks and the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB), GMV has been coordinating the development of the UHUT, a cutting‑edge hybrid navigation terminal designed to enhance robustness, accuracy, and resilience in challenging environments.
During ENC2026, Marcelo Meneses, GNSS engineer at GMV, will present the project’s paper, showcasing the innovative architecture, integration capabilities, and performance results of the UHUT, as well as the collaborative effort behind this milestone. The presentation will highlight the contributions of all consortium partners and the progress made towards next‑generation hybrid positioning solutions. GMV is proud to lead this initiative and contribute to advancing Europe’s technological capabilities in navigation, hybridization, and resilient PNT.
We look forward to sharing our work with the international community at ENC2026!
